Product Testing Senior Analyst – HOKA Footwear, Fit Specialist

Own the end-to-end fit testing process for HOKA footwear, from creating seasonal test plans and executing tests to communicating results with Product Creation. Lead in-person fit, dynamic, and biomechanical testing, build and improve tools for survey distribution and reporting, and create test protocols, focus groups, and unbiased consumer interviews. Recruit and manage fit test participants and samples, and collaborate closely with Product Development and Product Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
