Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and maintain SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets alongside product teams, and enforce reliability benchmarks and architectural standards.
  • •Lead cross-team efforts during critical production outages and high-severity incidents, and run blameless postmortems to prevent recurrence.
  • •Optimize observability platforms, telemetry, and distributed tracing to surface actionable alerts without noise.
  • •Write and maintain robust software to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment pipelines.
  • •Mentor and develop SRE staff while collaborating with Product, Security, and Core Engineering to align operational goals with business priorities.

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in programming or scripting (e.g., PowerShell or Python).
  • •Hands-on expertise with major cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, or AWS).
  • •Deep experience with container orchestration at scale using Kubernetes and infrastructure automation.
  • •Proficiency with monitoring/observability stacks (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog) and Terraform (IaC), plus exceptional communication and stakeholder management.
