Senior accounting leader to manage Teads' corporate accounting team in India, overseeing journal entries, reconciliations, close processes, and financial reporting under US GAAP. Partners with regional finance/tax teams, drives process improvements and automation, and mentors 1-3 direct reports while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Ensure journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and other account reconciliations are performed in accordance with US GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
•Manage day-to-day team activities, goal setting, performance evaluations, and advocacy for 1-3 direct reports.
•Coordinate close processes and ensure financial data is captured, reconciled, documented, and disclosed with review/approval of journal entries.
•Deliver timely and accurate monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including variance analyses and internal management presentations.
•Drive process improvements and special projects (automation, system implementations) and build strong cross-functional partnerships across Global Finance, FP&A, Tax, Legal, IT.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in accounting (CPA/CA is preferable).
•10+ years of finance/accounting experience with 3+ years of management experience.
•Strong understanding of US GAAP.
•ERP experience (Netsuite a plus) and ability to analyze ERP transactional detail.
•Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
