Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle complex inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing enhanced customer service and owning each customer experience.
  • •Analyze and resolve complex inquiries, interpret/apply product changes and enhancements, and guide customers and agents on policy options and next steps.
  • •Cross-sell and up-sell personal line products, transfer sales leads to agents, and act as a subject matter authority for assigned product lines.
  • •Partner closely with agencies by managing correspondence and paperwork, completing customer follow-up, and supporting efficient processing of requests.
  • •Provide process and performance improvement recommendations and mentor other associates with questions, training, and on-floor assistance.

Key Requirements

  • •Prior insurance industry experience (two years insurance experience).
  • •Property & Casualty (P&C) experience preferred.
  • •Personal Lines Agent License (or willingness and ability to obtain it during training/onboarding).
  • •Licensing required with continuing education and state-required licenses/registrations; must pass technical and customer service competency testing.
  • •Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging customer conversations and complex service scenarios.
