Key Responsibilities

•Take responsibility for residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
•Coach and guide the team with formal and informal teaching programmes for colleagues and other care professionals.
•Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for residents.
•Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
•Manage the unit alongside clinical duties, including oversight of care, administering and ordering medication, and providing clinical guidance.

Salary: GBP 18.41 - 21.48 hourly
