Job Summary

Experienced Civil Engineer with a focus on municipal infrastructure and land development. Key Responsibilities

•Design and deliver civil engineering solutions for water, wastewater, stormwater, and municipal road projects.
•Lead preliminary and detailed design of linear infrastructure, including watermains, sanitary and storm sewers, pump stations, chambers, and related civil works.
•Manage projects from concept through construction, including schedules, budgets, deliverables, and risk mitigation.
•Conduct construction services such as field reviews, progress reporting, and contract administration.
•Prepare proposals, technical reports, and design documentation that clearly communicate engineering intent.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution.
•5+ years of progressive experience in municipal infrastructure, land development, or water/wastewater systems design.
•Registered Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia—or eligible for registration.
•Proficiency with civil design tools such as Civil 3D or similar software.
•Proven experience preparing construction contract documents and supporting contract administration.
