Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage site personnel administration, ensuring legal/regulatory/conventional compliance from hire to exit (e.g., mutuelle, contracts, working time, working conditions, payroll).
  • •Contribute to recruiting and onboarding: analyze hiring needs, participate in interviews and feedback, and support integration plans with managers.
  • •Develop employees by running HR key events (end-of-year reviews, goal setting, development interviews, annual salary review) and preparing the site talent review with development plans.
  • •Run the training process end-to-end (tracking the plan, facilitating with teams, and managing the training budget).
  • •Produce HR reporting (headcount, training, absenteeism, annual reporting) and support internal site communication (events, dynamic displays, information updates).

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s-level degree in HR.
  • •Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in generalist HR functions, ideally in a corporate/seat environment.
  • •Strong administrative HR knowledge covering hiring through exit, including payroll-related processes and contractual/work-time considerations.
  • •Proficiency with computer tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and HR systems (ADP; SIRH Oracle is a plus).
  • •Strong listening, relationship skills, service mindset, rigor, analytical thinking, and structured work.
