Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead procurement activities for assigned projects and procurement packages from planning through contract award.
  • •Develop and maintain project procurement plans, schedules, and sourcing strategies aligned to delivery requirements.
  • •Manage tendering processes including prequalification, RFP/RFQ issuance, bid clarification, evaluation, negotiation, and award recommendations.
  • •Coordinate with internal functions to define procurement requirements and scopes of work, and ensure documentation is complete and compliant.
  • •Monitor procurement schedules and supplier/contractor performance, manage risks, and report procurement status, KPIs, and updates for management.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • •Professional procurement qualification such as CIPS (preferred).
  • •10–12 years of relevant procurement experience managing complex procurement packages in major projects.
  • •Strong tender management, supplier evaluation, commercial negotiation, and contract award experience.
  • •Strong understanding of procurement governance, commercial principles, contracts, and supply chain management.
