Job Summary

Lead PMC procurement activities for ADNOC projects, ensuring adherence to ADNOC procurement standards, project schedules, budgets, and contractual requirements. Drive strategic sourcing, contractor/vendor selection, vendor prequalification, and long-lead planning. Oversee ITTs/RFQs, bid evaluation reports, and technical/commercial bid clarifications, supporting contract negotiations and award recommendations. Monitor EPC procurement performance and supplier delivery while managing risks, value engineering opportunities, and compliance with ICV, HSE, and QA/QC requirements.

•Lead procurement activities within the PMC team for ADNOC projects, ensuring compliance with standards, timelines, budgets, and contractual requirements.
•Develop and implement procurement strategies, including Procurement Plans, vendor lists, and long-lead item strategies.
•Manage vendor prequalification and lead preparation of ITTs/RFQs and bid evaluation reports, including technical and commercial bid clarifications.
•Participate in contract negotiations and support award recommendations.

Key Requirements

•Strong knowledge of ADNOC procurement systems (SAP, ARIBA preferred).
•Strong contract negotiation skills.
•Familiarity with ICV compliance requirements, plus risk assessment and supply chain management.
