Lead technical delivery of UK road/infrastructure projects, providing strategic direction, design governance, and client liaison. Manage a multidisciplinary team across India and the UK, ensuring compliance with UK standards (DMRB, MCDHW, BS) and driving innovative highway solutions for development projects.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership for road design across UK projects and ensure deliverables meet UK governance standards.
•Lead the development of design solutions and methodologies for roads projects, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
•Manage consultants in design alignments, junctions, public realm, and active travel infrastructure to resolve road design issues.
•Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, CDM, and Quality Assurance standards across projects.
•Build and maintain client relationships, expand opportunities, and align GCC Development team outputs with UK governance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
•At least 18 years of experience designing and managing delivery of development infrastructure projects.
•Chartered Engineer status is preferred (e.g., ICE, CIWEM).
•Substantial experience managing large-scale Highway/Roads projects for the UK market.
•Excellent knowledge of road design software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD, AutoTurn, OpenRoads, MicroStation) and MS Office.
