Key Responsibilities

•Lead and develop a high-performing team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, fostering a safety-first culture and addressing onsite escalations with cross-functional partners.
•Oversee scheduling and execute inventory management processes, applying best practices from across the network to meet performance targets.
•Analyze data to make strategic recommendations on resource allocation, workflow, and warehouse organization, and lead process-improvement projects when needed.
•Drive a customer-obsessed culture by coaching the team to ensure high-quality order fulfillment and fast, accurate delivery.
•Collaborate with central teams (inventory to training) to ensure teams have tools and resources to perform efficiently.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 56,200 - 82,700 annually

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in Operations, Warehouse Logistics, Customer Service, Retail Management, Fulfillment, or related field
•1+ year of experience managing a team
•strong analytical skills with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and pivot tables
•ability to lead a team of hourly Operations Associates and Shift Leads, hire and coach for performance
•flexibility to work late nights and weekends as site needs require
