Job Summary

Provide customer-facing field service for Philips medical imaging and monitoring equipment, covering installation, commissioning, preventative/corrective maintenance, upgrades, and repairs. Deliver expert technical support to maintain strong customer relationships, handle technical escalations, and minimize customer downtime using remote and onsite diagnostics. Key Responsibilities

•Perform corrective and preventative maintenance, commissioning, installation, and software/hardware upgrades for medical equipment.
•Provide technical support across the customer relationship lifecycle, including pre-sales to implementation and post-sales support.
•Lead technical escalations through resolution while keeping stakeholders updated per process.
•Use remote and onsite diagnostics to execute service work orders, troubleshoot, and keep customers informed of service status.
•Support service-related lead generation, handle complaints/escalations, and meet individual and team FSE KPIs.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Degree-level education or equivalent in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Biomedical Engineering.
•1-3 years of customer-facing service engineering experience in the medical equipment industry, especially MRI, CT, IXR/DXR, Ultrasound, and hospital patient monitors/emergency care.
•Experience with equipment installation and commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and field change orders with a quality focus.
•Relevant certification or training is advantageous.
•Good English communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to travel to support customers when needed.
