Job Summary

Drive ESG-related legal and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Monitor ESG laws and trends, provide guidance to internal teams and external partners, and perform internal audits and gap assessments of ESG policies and processes. Draft and maintain ESG governance documentation, coordinate regulatory-aligned sustainability disclosures, and support ESG trainings and data collection to improve sustainability metrics and reporting.

•Draft, review, and maintain internal ESG policies, procedures, and governance documentation.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal, Sustainability, or related field.
•2+ years of relevant work experience in ESG or Corporate Sustainability roles in BIG4 consulting.
•Knowledge or experience with non-financial reporting and ESG standards/frameworks and ratings, including IFRS, ESRS, GRI, SASB, CDP, Sustainalytics and S&P.
•Experience in audit of non-financial reporting and ESG ratings.
•Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, including with C-level stakeholders.
