Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical accounting oversight for the UK private asset book across asset classes and multiple fund ranges.
  • •Ensure internal controls and standard procedures are complied with at all times to avoid financial penalties and reputational damage.
  • •Proactively manage change by investigating complex accounting standards across cross domiciles on a stand-alone basis.
  • •Design and embed appropriate operating models and robust processes within structures, with oversight responsibility in BAU.
  • •Support accounting requirements across fund jurisdictions and produce financial statements under IFRS and FRS standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant with thorough expertise in technical accounting and in-depth knowledge of financial statements.
  • •Strong experience dealing directly with external clients and third parties, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
  • •Experience in fund administration and/or private assets within infrastructure equity or real estate (advantageous).
  • •Working knowledge of Horizon or Yardi systems (desirable).
  • •Highly organised communicator with the ability to plan and manage workloads to meet deadlines while prioritising effectively.
