Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement global sourcing and supplier strategy across Foundry, OSAT, and Substrates
•Support the end-to-end supplier ecosystem strategy for Silicon One, aligning capacity, technology, and roadmap readiness with product requirements
•Partner closely with Engineering and the Operations teams to influence silicon roadmap decisions, including node selection, packaging strategy, and supplier engagement models
•Establish and manage strategic supplier relationships across technology, commercial terms, capacity, quality, and long-term partnerships
•Drive supply assurance and capacity planning to enable business growth

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
•10+ years of experience in semiconductor sourcing, supplier management, or technology supply chain leadership
•Experience supporting custom silicon programs within complex technology environments
•Strong knowledge of Foundry, OSAT, and substrate markets, including technology trends and supplier landscape
•Financial and commercial expertise, including cost modeling, capacity planning, and long-term agreements
