Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship AI-driven features for sales workflows that support Account Executives in quoting, including automation and decision support.
  • •Architect scalable AI components that integrate into existing enterprise systems using API-based boundaries.
  • •Analyze large operational datasets to identify key pains and opportunities and produce defensible answers.
  • •Build observability and telemetry pipelines (monitoring, dashboards, instrumentation) to show how AI and other systems behave in production.
  • •Act as a senior technical owner shaping how AI, data, and observability come together in a production sales platform.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Strong engineering fundamentals with real AI/ML experience, including model/LLM-based system development, rigorous evaluation, and production deployment.
  • •Deep Python skills and familiarity with modern AI frameworks, comfortable owning code end-to-end.
  • •Hands-on generative AI experience, including LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, and retrieval-augmented grounded systems.
  • •Data and analytics capability: strong SQL, ability to wrangle large datasets, and judgment to convert raw data into decision-ready outputs.
  • •Observability engineering experience building monitoring, dashboards, and telemetry pipelines; instrumenting systems to reveal real behavior in production.
