Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and ensure deployment and compliance of site EHS programs, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Align and manage PLM, IE, Manufacturing, and Maintenance areas to achieve production and operating objectives and meet quality assurance requirements.
  • •Assess and analyze production cost drivers and identify process improvement opportunities to optimize expenses and profit.
  • •Forecast labor requirements and efficiency, recommend equipment/facility changes, and initiate purchases of new capital equipment.
  • •Lead cross-functional execution across the value stream and material flow to integrate production and distribution and provide high customer service.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, engineering, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 7 years of experience in a management position within a manufacturing environment (preferably automotive).
  • •English language capability (speaking, reading, and writing) is required.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of plant manufacturing operations, business leadership, and Continuous Improvement frameworks.
  • •Strong knowledge of process tools including profit planning, strategic planning, Lean System/Six Sigma, supply chain management, quality systems, and Environmental Health and Safety.
