Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform strategy and actuarial consulting including benefit strategy, goal setting, benchmarking, plan design, pricing strategy, budgeting, and bid/selection projects.
  • •Provide actuarial client leadership on targeted clients/prospects focusing on broader business objectives; take ownership of outcomes and coach/mentor team members.
  • •Explain actuarial methodology and results to clients and discuss potential alternatives.
  • •Participate in strategic discussions with clients and effectively lead actuarial client teams, coordinating with other team members.
  • •Contribute to improvement of the practice through model development/maintenance and lead initiatives.
