Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a regional anchor for the security compliance team, aligning regional requirements with the global effort.
  • •Serve as a trusted contact for regulatory bodies, customers, partners, and vendors while managing external perception of enterprise security.
  • •Manage the implementation and monitoring of security controls, continuously refining and iterating.
  • •Implement AI and other automation to streamline compliance and security work, including reporting and communications.
  • •Develop and maintain security documentation (standards, policies, metrics, dashboards, and evidence artifacts).

Key Requirements

  • •Deep knowledge of compliance, regulatory, and control frameworks including PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and SOC 2, including understanding how to succeed in information security audits.
  • •Strong familiarity with information security concepts, practices, and solutions; comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Working knowledge of security policy creation and maintenance, including tuning policies to meet complex regulatory requirements.
  • •Working understanding of complex cloud environments and how they affect security and compliance operations.
  • •Understanding of financial services or payments, including prior experience in fintech is valued.
