Key Responsibilities

•Own and shape the patient experience roadmap, prioritizing features that improve access, initiation, and ongoing engagement with care.
•Collaborate with user researchers, analysts, and data scientists to identify pain points and drive data-informed improvements.
•Lead design, development, and rollout of product initiatives with measurable impact on engagement and outcomes.
•Coordinate with an engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that matter to patients.
•Communicate strategy, tradeoffs, and results clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,965 - 212,900 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer-facing or marketplace products.
•Proven track record of using data and user insights to drive measurable improvements in user experience and engagement.
•Experience running A/B tests and using common statistical techniques to evaluate results.
•Excellent communication skills: able to clearly articulate strategy, tradeoffs, and outcomes to different audiences.
•Experience leading a dedicated engineering team to design, launch, and measure improvements that make a real difference in patients’ lives.
