Job Summary

As an Executive Recruiter based in Bangkok, you will partner with senior leaders to attract, assess, and close top executive talent, shaping Agoda's leadership pipeline. You’ll own confidential searches, influence hiring strategy, provide market intelligence, and collaborate across the People Team to build leadership capability and succession planning in a fast-growing tech company.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with senior leadership to define executive hiring needs aligned to business priorities, growth plans, and organizational design.
•Lead end-to-end executive search processes, including direct sourcing, market mapping, assessment, and offer management for senior and complex roles.
•Build and maintain long-term executive talent pipelines to support future leadership and succession needs.
•Conduct rigorous, capability- and values-based executive assessments to ensure strong leadership effectiveness and cultural alignment.
•Navigate highly confidential searches with discretion and sound judgment.

•8+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-growing tech company or top-tier agency
•Proven experience hiring senior leaders and executives in complex, high-stakes environments
•Background in executive search firms and/or in-house executive talent acquisition

•Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguity and influence hiring strategy across leadership levels
