•Own full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across technical and non-technical functions (Engineering, Project Management, Commercial, etc.)
•Manage hiring across multiple regions (GCC, MENA, international markets)
•Deliver against aggressive hiring timelines without compromising quality
•Lead proactive talent mapping and headhunting strategies
•Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external databases to identify passive candidates

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with strong exposure to professional or niche hiring
•Proven experience in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates
•Strong experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
•Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across multiple regions
•Experience in data-driven recruitment and reporting
