Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Lean Manufacturing strategies to optimize processes, improve productivity, and reduce waste.
  • •Create and analyze process maps using Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and develop/implement manufacturing layouts.
  • •Document and standardize production processes, and support engineering projects using technical documentation.
  • •Determine manufacturing methods and machine/line loading, evaluate existing equipment for safety/capacity, and develop technical specifications for new equipment and capital projects.
  • •Support Lean/Six Sigma/PRO initiatives (standard work, takt times, FMEA and effect analysis, design of experiments, control plans) and improve quality, cost, and safety for production lines.
