Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide clerical administration support for Maintenance Base employees as part of the Base Maintenance Team.
  • •Develop and maintain department reports, including weekly headcount reports.
  • •Support WorkBrain maintenance activities such as time coding, shift schedules, crew lists, overtime processing, shift swaps, and vacation with union bid lists.
  • •Maintain confidential employee files and field trip and overtime records using WorkBrain and/or Staff Admin.
  • •Provide front desk telephone coverage, greet and direct employees and external visitors, manage office supplies, and submit transactions for computer/system access and password resets.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalency and office experience.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

  • •Ability to prepare correspondence and format reports, and track/coordinate multiple projects with minimal supervision.
