Engineering Project Manager

Manage multiple custom product engineering projects with small multidisciplinary teams, serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers. Own technical decision-making across the full project lifecycle—from conception and proposal through design and production—while coordinating engineering development and small-scale production. Ensure cost, schedule, and technical goals are met by managing risk, motivating the team, and leading daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
