Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and monitor FM service providers to ensure SLA performance, compliance, and operational efficiency.
  • •Conduct regular inspections of park infrastructure and MEP systems to maintain safety, quality, and operational readiness.
  • •Coordinate snagging, corrective works, and maintenance activities to ensure timely resolution aligned with KPIs.

  • •Experience managing vendors and service providers with focus on SLA and performance management.
