Drive business process improvement and transformation across multiple departments by analyzing current operations, identifying efficiency opportunities, and mapping current and future-state workflows. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders, develop SOPs, and support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Produce business cases and process documentation, monitor improvement project implementation, collaborate with business and technology teams to optimize operations, and track KPIs and process performance.
