Own the strategy and execution of medium-to-large engineering and IT procurement agreements, leading pricing and legal negotiations for technical renewals and RFPs. Manage end-to-end PO and contract lifecycles across Coupa and Ironclad, resolve blockers between AP, Legal, and vendors, and optimize sourcing workflows with automation. Use Coupa transaction data to generate actionable spend hypotheses for leadership in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead pricing and legal negotiations for medium-to-large technical renewals and RFPs to maximize value across cost, quality, and risk.
•Act as primary operator for ENG/IT agreement books, managing the full lifecycle of POs and contracts in Coupa and Ironclad.
•Resolve complex blockers between AP, Legal, and vendors while ensuring financial commitments are captured and tracked to closure.
•Optimize technical procurement workflows by diagnosing inefficiencies and implementing automation or process adjustments to improve lead times.
•Translate Coupa transactional data into actionable sourcing opportunities and present hypotheses to influence spend strategy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: 91,800 - 118,800 annually

Key Requirements

•6+ years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management in a high-growth technology environment.
•Independently lead pricing and legal negotiations for medium-to-large technical software, hardware, and service agreements.
•Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle using tools such as Zip and Omnea orchestration, Coupa (P2P), and Ironclad (CLM) or similar systems.
•Strong technical sourcing expertise, including understanding Engineering and IT spend categories.
•Knowledge of vendor risk mitigation and data privacy standards such as CCPA and/or GDPR.
