Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate reports, take enforcement actions (warnings, takedowns, account actions), and document every decision.
  • •Escalate complex or high-severity cases to T&S Experts, Legal, and Engineering with crisp summaries.
  • •Identify trends across cases and feed them back into policy, tooling, and detection.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in trust & safety, content moderation, or platform operations at a consumer tech company.
  • •Sharp judgment under ambiguity to read a report, gather context, and decide quickly.
  • •Comfort with sensitive content and a steady temperament from working in a moderation queue.
  • •Operational rigor to document decisions, spot patterns, and turn one-off cases into policy improvements.
  • •Strong written English and clear, empathetic communication with reporters, users, and internal teams.
