Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, develop, and maintain robust services powering lending, with a focus on credit products.
  • •Build and maintain secure, scalable, and well-documented APIs that enable clients to embed and consume credit products.
  • •Lead design reviews, advise on systems architecture, and mentor engineers to uphold high standards of code quality.
  • •Champion resilient, distributed systems design to ensure platform reliability and performance at global enterprise scale.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful lending solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •6+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with CI and quality engineering.
  • •At least 2 years in a technical leadership role, mentoring engineers and leading engineering strategy.
  • •Strong OO programming skills; primarily using Java or Kotlin with Spring/Spring Boot.
  • •Extensive experience designing RESTful APIs and familiarity with modern API design principles and tools.
