Team Lead, Sales Part Time

Lead daily store sales and deliver world-class consumer service using the C.H.A.R.M.S. model. Oversee opening/closing procedures, educate teammates on products and promotions, and coordinate retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdown, and loyalty program promotion. Support a positive team environment, improve KPI performance with store leadership, and follow asset protection and inventory compliance policies.
