Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day site supervision for fast-paced construction projects, including logistics/operations, work schedules, progress, and resource allocation.
  • •Plan, implement, and enforce construction site logistics and SpaceX safety policies, driving a strong safety culture with contractors and internal partners.
  • •Manage daily site logistics including deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, staging, and maintain jobsite cleanliness.
  • •Coordinate conflict resolution and daily operations with contractors and internal partners; create, enforce, and iterate schedules with engineering and project management.
  • •Support procurement and project execution: gather contractor proposals, manage contracts as delegated, develop cost/schedule for sub-projects, track status, and coordinate with end users/facilities.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of professional experience in engineering, construction management, architecture, or facilities management.
  • •Ability to supervise a multi-discipline team of contractors and laborers with field experience.
  • •Experience with project management and scheduling software, including estimating, cost control, schedule, and contractor management.
  • •Ability to read, review, and approve shop and fabrication drawings.
