Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive social responsibility implementation across the project lifecycle, including social risk/impact, community investment, stakeholder engagement, grievance management, indigenous peoples, and human rights.
  • •Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations such as IFC Performance Standards, UNGPs, ISO26000, and ECA Guidelines.
  • •Develop and implement systems for tracking and reporting project-level sustainability metrics; lead carbon offset enhancement initiatives.
  • •Conduct sociopolitical, economic, and cultural analysis to support social risk assessment, stakeholder risk management, and local content initiatives for new markets.
  • •Lead regional sustainability initiatives and cross-functional workshops, integrating sustainability goals into regional project management systems and supporting ESG regulation analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology, Sociology, International Studies, Political Science, Human Rights, Supply Chain, Legal, or a similar field, or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience in a similar role.
  • •10+ years of experience in Social Responsibility/Sustainability or non-profit community development program management (preferred).
  • •Experience developing National Content Plans for different countries/projects.
  • •Strong data management skills and comfort using digital tools and databases; proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
