Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the global Ethics program by assisting Ethics Officers and Analysts with third-party due diligence and project integrity reviews.
  • •Conduct organisational conflict of interest assessments, including Gifts, Entertainment & Hospitality (GEH) and personal conflict of interest.
  • •Perform internal searches of client, proposal, and project databases to identify existing or potential relationships and document mitigation processes.
  • •Conduct external research using publicly available sources to gather information on projects, counterparties, and project locations.
  • •Support compliance monitoring and documentation for due diligence findings, investigations, and policy implementation activities to mitigate regulatory, legal, and reputational risk.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree.
  • •2-4 years of relevant experience in areas such as Organisational Conflict of Interest, Quality Assurance, Due Diligence, KYC, Ethics & Compliance.
  • •Strong written reporting in English, with high attention to detail.
  • •Proven experience conducting compliance, audit, and assurance activities and producing clear written findings.
  • •Proficiency with Office 365 (primarily MS Outlook, Word, Access and Excel) and ability to conduct research and document procedures.
