Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and maintain escrow services.
  • •Oversee daily escrow transactions and processes in coordination with the escrow Operations unit and other departments as needed.
  • •Manage escrow-related customer and authority interactions, including handling complaints within agreed time frames.
  • •Track incoming and outgoing escrow transactions, create monthly MIS and audit-related reports, and submit mandatory monthly and quarterly reports to regulatory authorities.
  • •Review escrow account opening documentation and maintenance requests, handle escrow agreements (review/approvals/signoff), and coordinate audit support while following ADIB policies and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in business, finance, or marketing, plus relevant professional/technical qualifications or diplomas.
  • •Experience with escrow rules and regulations.
  • •Ability to develop and sustain executive-level and internal relationships across roles and levels.
  • •Strong written and oral communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
  • •Knowledge of customer service principles and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
