Job Summary

Lead a hybrid Global Benefits team while delivering complex client and project work. Manage team workload and capacity, mentor and develop team members, and own people-management administration. Prepare and analyze reporting and metrics, deliver services within Global Benefits specializations (e.g., Consulting, Brokerage, Expat), and ensure high-quality, timely delivery. Drive process improvements, support transition/optimization/change management, and serve as an escalation point for complex operational and stakeholder issues.
