Key Responsibilities

•Analyze the capital structure of Investment Banking clients to originate transactions across the capital structure – loans, DCM & equity.
•Propose structuring solutions to clients utilizing various IB products, including structured and/or syndicated loans, DCM and M&A.
•Collaborate with stakeholders – corporate banking, credit, legal, and documentation teams to execute transactions.
•Develop idea generation and tailored pitches for sponsor-backed transactions, including acquisition financing, refinancings, dividend recaps and exits.
•Develop and maintain relationships with Financial Sponsors to originate financing and advisory opportunities; selectively work on execution of IB transactions.

Key Requirements

•Ideally a business/management graduate with 10-14 years’ experience spent with one or more regional or global investment banks involved in similar business.
•Strong multi-product investment banking skill to analyze the entire capital structure of a client to propose a financing solution.
•Strong credit skills with a blend of domestic and international market knowledge to assess credit and commercial risk.
•Advanced quantitative skills with knowledge of valuation methodologies and well-developed communication and presentation skills.
•Proactive, energetic, and able to multitask while managing multiple deals and deadlines.
