Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead timely and accurate revenue recognition across Freight and Logistics operations in line with policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
  • •Review and validate accruals and billing accuracy, identify revenue leakages, and establish revenue control mechanisms to reduce commercial risks.
  • •Conduct comprehensive cost and profitability analysis across freight and logistics activities to monitor and improve margin performance.
  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, and present monthly performance reports, dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis.
  • •Serve as a strategic finance business partner to commercial and operational teams, providing financial leadership for pricing, tenders, network optimization, routing, and supplier negotiations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, logistics, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of finance experience, ideally in freight/logistics operations, including at least 3 years in controlling or FP&A.
  • •Strong knowledge of freight/logistics costing models, revenue recognition principles, and IFRS.
  • •Professional certification such as CMA, ACCA, or CPA is a plus.
  • •Advanced Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP/CW) and BI tools.
