  • •Run business discovery and translate objectives into scoped use cases, data requirements, and success criteria.
  • •Direct AI deployment agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs, and dashboards; validate outputs against business requirements.
  • •Build and configure solutions across the platform (process analysis, operational solutions, and AI-powered insights) and identify inefficiencies/root causes.
  • •Enable rollout, adoption, and handover by training key users, documenting design decisions, and managing outcomes vs. timelines and expectations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 8+ years in management or IT consulting, data/solution consulting, or process improvement consulting within software vendors, consulting firms, or system integrators.
  • •Ability to build and configure Celonis platform solutions, including data modeling, process analysis, KPI definition, and automation; proficient in PQL, SQL, and Python.
  • •Comfort working with AI-assisted development tools and writing clear specifications to evaluate and iterate on AI-generated outputs (prompt/context engineering a plus).
  • •Strong enterprise process and financial metrics expertise, including knowledge of standard ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and process areas such as Order to Cash and Procure to Pay.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field (Technology Management, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration) and fluency in English.
