Lead Render’s brand evolution end-to-end as a player/coach. Own brand strategy and positioning, set and uphold creative vision across marketing, events, social, and product touchpoints, and build brand as a system with reusable guidelines and a versioned asset library. Manage, mentor, and grow a founding brand design team while bringing order to how creative work ships and partnering cross-functionally with product marketing, product design, and engineering leadership.
