Key Responsibilities

  • •Migrate repositories, user accounts, and access controls to a new, secure GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) instance using Enterprise Managed Users (EMU) and Data Residency.
  • •Establish a governed EMU environment with centralized Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • •Use GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI) to migrate repositories and workflows while preserving Git history, branch protections, and metadata.
  • •Transition to scalable, team-based access synchronized with the identity provider and validate integrations prior to cutover.
  • •Design and maintain robust infrastructure platforms, standardize platform tooling, and develop self-service capabilities for infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience with cloud-native platform migrations, moving workloads to modern compute, storage, and auth primitives.
  • •Proven expertise in GitHub Enterprise Cloud (GHEC) migrations using GitHub Enterprise Importer (GEI) and managing Enterprise Managed Users (EMU).
  • •Experience building and maintaining scalable, reliable platform services and full lifecycle internal developer platforms (IDP).
  • •Understanding of Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud-native architecture principles.
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) plus CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code using GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps/Jenkins and Terraform/HashiCorp tooling.
