Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI), detail services, and test drives on Lucid vehicles prior to customer delivery.
  • •Carry out basic repairs including part removal/replacement, body adjustments, tire and wheel exchanges, functionality testing, and work order administration.
  • •Use the appropriate software suite to document all vehicle interactions accurately and completely.
  • •Perform software updates as needed during the inspection process.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers; learn High/Low Voltage systems and support the mobile service team as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Obtain ASE certifications within 6-8 months of hire and have or complete required training per Lucid’s Career Framework.
  • •Learn the High/Low Voltage process and perform basic repairs on Lucid vehicles before delivery.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year (Drivers under 21 require a minimum of 3 years of licensure).
