Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet customers properly and serve patients at the front desk by welcoming and directing them.
  • •Receive payments (cash/credit card), properly enter services into EMR, and generate invoices for cash and insurance.
  • •Identify service prices, tabulate bills in EMR, and inform clinic management/Finance Manager if discrepancies are found.
  • •Issue receipts, provide refunds, and balance money to customers; count cash drawers at the beginning of each shift and ensure coin availability.
  • •Tally cash and credit sales at the end of the day with EMR, maintain billing statistics for promotions/campaigns, answer customer queries, and notify management of billing system issues.
