Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead line setup and product changeovers, identifying critical controls and potential issues.
  • •Operate and set up multiple packaging machines; clear jams and minimize downtime to keep lines running efficiently.
  • •Perform basic troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments; support troubleshooting of coding, dating, and pricing issues.
  • •Submit and assist with maintenance work orders and support preventive maintenance activities.
  • •Maintain safety, quality, and continuous improvement standards (including GMP/PPE compliance, metal detector checks where applicable, and 5S).

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED.
  • •Previous mechanical experience in a manufacturing/production, maintenance, industrial, automotive, agricultural, or similar environment.
  • •Mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot equipment and make minor machine adjustments.
  • •Ability to lead and support team activities on a production line and work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Ability to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification and work overtime as required.
