Job Summary

Lead the Instrumentation & Controls discipline on oil & gas projects, applying deep I&C expertise to solve complex problems, interpret business challenges, and guide FEED and detailed design. Manage teams and interfaces, plan resources, and ensure execution within schedule and budget while maintaining engineering integrity and collaboration across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed analyses and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes, and standards
•Apply in-depth skills and broad knowledge of the business to address complex problems and nonstandard situations
•Prepare clear and accurate detailed design calculations and analyses including design reports and procedures
•Manage own time to meet objectives and forecast and plan resource requirements
•Clearly communicate and explain difficult concepts and persuade others to adopt a point of view

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s preferred)
•15-20 years of oil and gas experience with major contractors or consultants in detail design
•Preferably Registered Professional Engineer or member of a professional society
•Detailed knowledge of design techniques, standards, codes and guidelines applicable to Instrumentation & Controls
•Knowledgeable in project coordination and execution skills
