Key Responsibilities

  • •Initiate and structure projects, securing formal authorization, defining scope, objectives, and delivery approach.
  • •Engage with project sponsors, steering committees, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
  • •Develop integrated project plans (scope, requirements, milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, and quality standards).
  • •Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, intervening early and escalating with solution-oriented recommendations.
  • •Plan and manage business change and benefits realization, monitor outcomes, and take corrective actions as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience managing projects within banking or financial services environments.
  • •Proven track record delivering complex transformation projects or programmes in regulated environments.
  • •Strong understanding of the end-to-end project lifecycle and best-practice delivery methodologies.
  • •Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage senior stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
