Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
  • •Work with electrical foreman, construction supervisor, and branch manager to allocate labor resources for service and warranty projects.
  • •Assist with training and development for field service technicians and field communications technicians.
  • •Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices and support onboarding of new team members.
  • •Exceed field performance KPI goals (turnaround time, experience rating, average dispatches completed) and assist with inspections and site audits when assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of previous field construction experience, including at least 1 year as a service technician in the solar industry.

  • •Hold state-required electrical certification and be able to perform advanced troubleshooting and service diagnosis.
  • •PV design or PV electrical experience is preferred.
