Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce technical content for assembling, using, and servicing ALSO products (hardware and software).
  • •Develop scalable documentation across multiple products and languages, and keep it current with newly released features.
  • •Manage documentation lifecycle including planning, research, design, writing, editing, illustration embedding, publishing, and revision control.
  • •Partner with technical illustrators to create renderings and video integrated into technical publications.
  • •Deliver documentation in multiple formats (print, PDF, web-based, mobile) and integrate with internal platforms or service portals.
