Liability Claims Supervisor- Eastern US

Oversee a team of liability claims adjusters handling bodily injury, commercial general liability, transportation liability, and other property/casualty exposures. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance management to ensure high-quality claim outcomes and strong client service. Review complex claims, approve settlements within authority, manage reserves and documentation, and track team metrics such as cycle time, QA results, and SLAs. Serve as a client-facing point of contact and collaborate with legal counsel, vendors, and internal teams.
