Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in the Risk Appetite Framework (RAF) refresh and align ILE Financial Risk metrics with Enterprise targets.
  • •Provide financial risk credible challenge to Legal Entity projects, strategies, and Change Advisory Forums.
  • •Serve as main point of contact for Financial Risk for the LE regulator, Audit, and ILE leadership, including regulator and leadership requests.
  • •Own and influence ILE Financial Risk policies/frameworks, advise on applicability and execution, and support deployment of Enterprise programs.
  • •Lead and oversee governance work including regulatory change management oversight, risk remediation reviews, and model review/approval challenges.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of leadership experience in risk management or a similar role.
  • •Strong business acumen with a risk-reward control perspective.
  • •Experience interacting with regulators and familiarity with the UK regulatory landscape and requirements.
  • •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • •Fluency in English (verbal and written); an advanced degree in business, economics, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
